OAKFIELD PROPERTIES CC PHALABORWA SOUTH AFRICA Oakfield Properties CC was incorporated in 1993. Operating previously from 1984 as estate agents, we came to recognise our market niche as being investment properties. We operate on two levels. Firstly, sourcing investment properties for our worldwide clients. These properties can include residential, retail, commercial and industrial, as well as hotels, game farms and lodges. We source nationwide through direct canvassing and joint venture methods. Clients who buy holiday homes in Phalaborwa can expect a full service of security, gardening and maintenance in their absence. Secondly, our main effort in Phalaborwa is in identifying, buying, making-over and reselling older properties. This way we do a service to both anxious sellers and play a part in revitalising older, sometimes deteriorated, residential areas. This also creates work for job seekers who have quality skills in building, decorating, landscaping, fencing etc. My wife Liz is the expert in "doctoring up" an old property and sometimes consults with sellers who want to get that extra bit on their price, but changes are needed in order to reach the target selling price. For our investors, rather than reproduce pages of photographs we believe in personal contact and personal assignments. The client explains his/her property investment needs via phone, skype, post or email and we take it from there, giving each assignment our personal touch. Our next assignment is to tie in with realtors in exotic locations like Barbados and the Seychelles and have invesment properties available for our worldwide clients.
